Artisanal vegan chocolate from bean to bar

We make the chocolate ourselves in our workshop from pure ingredients; cocoa and  maple only, with the addition of hazelnut for chocolate 52%  cocoa.

We have created four chocolate intensities to satisfy all types of fans.

 

52% cocoa:  For those who no longer consume milk, the addition of hazelnut brings the unctuous side. This chocolate is not officially a dark chocolate because there is not enough cocoa.  

 

63% cocoa:  To discover quality dark chocolate and develop its taste. Ideal for gifts.

 

72% cocoa:  For dark chocolate lovers. The roasting and the mixture are worked in length to develop the taste of small fruits in the final note of this cocoa bean.

 

82% cocoa:  For the true fans of intense chocolate, those for whom it is never strong enough.
